1. Before startup, it is very important to check whether the screws of rotating parts of the equipment are loose and normal.
2. For the lubrication of ball screw and linear bearing, multi-functional anti-wear bearing lubricating oil shall be used. The linear bearing needs to be oiled once a shift, and the ball screw needs to be oiled once a week. If it exceeds one week, it shall be refueled once before use.
3. Method: clean the linear guide rail, ball screw, grease fitting and its surroundings, and then press the grease into the grease fitting with an oil gun to check whether there is overflow and whether it is evenly dispersed.
4. Clean the paper dust and dirt in the machine once a day, and all electrical cabinets shall be closed to prevent dust.
5. Regularly check whether the motor reducer connectors, transmission parts and screws are loose and normal, and fasten them in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
6. Pay attention to wear tooling, protective articles and gloves during work.
